Robert Menzies is a teacher and primary school principal who lives and works on the hinterland of the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
As a boy he lived on a small farming community with a twin sister and two older brothers, from whom the inspiration for many of the characters in this novel came. Robert is married with two grown up children. This is his second novel.
