Henry Blyth

After significant teaching and leadership experience within Australian education, Henry Blyth turned to the not-for-profit sector as the head of an organization serving the disadvantaged. A second school principalship some years later saw him in Thailand where he also worked as a writer for the Thai Ministry of Education. Witnessing a delicate state of democracy and befriending many impoverished people in the slums of Bangkok drove him to understand more about the nation’s inner workings and its not-so-far-removed thriving underworld. His inspiration to write the mystery-thriller, Mr Jones’ Men, became an irresistible necessity.
Still highly active in the fields of both education and writing, Henry Blyth lives in Adelaide with his family.
