Phillip Mollard's commercial background extends 27 years in the financial services arena, of which ten years was dedicated to property development and investment. Phillip purchased his first property at the age of 17, which fuelled a lifelong passion for prime investment property.
His property activities have included: land subdivision, renovations, commercial building development and a major 144 apartment development on the city's edge in Melbourne, Australia.
In 1999 Phillip moved out of the corporate arena at the age of 44 and settled on his farm in the high country in the state of Victoria, breeding Black Angus beef cattle. This time provided him with the opportunity to reflect and study, ultimately culminating in the writing of this book. These studies included the physiology of trading, Forex trading, Fibonaaci and Gann.
In addition to his financial interests, he has been an active student of personal motivation and of philosophical and spiritual teachings.
