| During six precarious weeks as an undercover cherry picker, Detective Brogden hunts a ruthless wanted criminal, enjoys the company of young Scandinavian backpackers and becomes involved in a torrid affair. Under immense pressure from his superiors, the detective is soon on the verge of collapse.
