Something strange and mysterious is about to happen in Rainbow City.
It's Halloween and the Pilkington family are celebrating with their annual
fancy dress party. Everyone in Rainbow City is invited, even the not so
popular Mrs Whatmore.
Edwina Pilkington's birthday is only a few days away, and her one and only
wish is to be part of Professor Frogsley's Computer School of Magic as she
has magical powers - she is a witch! Can she use her magical powers and
potions to save her city from the evil Fire Dragons?
