Carmel Veronica Locaso

Carmel Veronica Locaso was born in Melbourne on 18th January, 1968. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian and a Diploma in Education.
Since her early teens she has always had an interest in the beauty and wellness areas. She would often concoct her own facial blends using ingredients from her mother’s kitchen, and write recipes for her family and friends.
In 2001, she decided to undertake a make-up artistry course which included aspects of skin care. She then began combining what she had gleaned from her own experiments with the methods she was taught in the course. She designed a system where she would perform facial and body treatments on clients and provide them with guide sheets on how to conduct their own pampering routines in the comfort of their own homes. She demonstrated to them methods that work well for her, and the clients have been happy with the results they have achieved.
This has culminated in the writing of this guide. Carmel believes that feeling good is as beneficial as looking good!
