KC Webb

KC Webb was born in Kent, England in 1963 and immigrated to Australia in 1971 with his parents. The family settled in Brisbane, where he has lived ever since. He is qualified for two trades (plastering and fire sprinklers), but writing is his passion. He has had to fit his writing around his work commitments, writing by hand on trains to and from work and later transferring it to the computer late into the evenings.
KC wrote his first book at the age of thirty-three and knew immediately that that was what he wanted to do. He is a huge games fan and when heís not writing he enjoys the Rainbow Six franchise as well as Gears of War. He also loves the Nintendo Wii, having played all the various incarnations of Zelda and Metroid. He is a collector of sci-fi movie memorabilia, in particular Aliens and Hell Boy. His favourite movies remain Blade Runner, Aliens, V for Vendetta and The Matrix.KC has been married for over twenty-seven years to Tracey, and they have two sons Daniel and Luke. Two cats, Mr Teeny and Dexter, complete the family. He has not stopped writing and is currently writing the sequel to Dream Raider, as well as other projects.
