Chris Edmonds

Chris Edmonds left school at the age of fifteen, then returned to study at age twenty-six and spent the following thirteen years completing high school and two degrees. She trained in the area of social work and is currently employed by a health organisation and is particularly interested in mental health. Chris has been a yoga practitioner for fourteen years and has undertaken some preliminary yogic studies. Chris believes in yoga as a life discipline and its positive influence on emotional and mental -disturbance.
