In his early-twenties, A.C. (Tony) Smith made voyages as a ship's engineer between South-East Asia and the west coast of the United States and Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
A thirst to learn as much as he could about life and a fascination for politics saw him complete a law degree. Legal practice as a barrister extended over the next thirty years.
In between, he managed to fit in a stint as an MP, co-publish a fortnightly news/magazine and indulge a love of amateur theatre.
Since retiring from the Bar, he began writing in earnest. This is the sequel to his first novel, Deeply With the Sun In Our Eyes.
