Donald McCrae Gordon is a consultant, author, lecturer and mentor based in Perth, Western Australia. He has held numerous leadership and senior management roles, has been a thought leader in several industries and has lived and worked in five countries. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management WA and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. In 1993 he was awarded a Master of Engineering degree by the University of Melbourne for significant innovations in the mining industry.
