Where do you start your spiritual journey? How do you know when you are picking up the qualifications for a career you never applied for? The secret is simply that you are the only candidate capable of stepping into your truth; how you get there, and which road you take, depend on what you identify with and which identities, if any, you are willing to let go of.
I was lucky to have my perception change at an early stage in my childhood development, experiencing my first awakening at the age of seven. From then on, I could see the world in a different light; people around me hadn’t changed, but somehow I had and could now see with much more depth and emotion. So, what does a child do with this information? Seek others with a similar sense of knowing. I can’t explain how I found others like myself, but I never questioned where I was directed, and couldn’t have imagined that, by the age of ten, I would already be in tune with the natural forces around me. The most surprising of these was the “I-am” presence, although I only see this now as I look back.
This left me with a spiritual hunger, and I did not experience another peak until the age of fourteen, when I self-initiated into witchcraft, feeling whole for the first time in seven years. By the age of sixteen, I had received both my Reiki I and II attunements, and soon afterwards was invited to work at my first spiritual festival in Melbourne. Within a year I had made a connection to the Violet Flame. I went on to receive my masters in reiki and seichim when I was twenty, spending most of my time channelling information in order to strengthen my gifts.
Taking a break from my life in Melbourne, I chose to live in Port Douglas for the next few years, where I worked in a natural therapy centre as a reiki and spell consultant. Turning twenty-five, I decided to throw myself into the deep end, all or nothing, and test my psychic ability by doing an intensive psychic workshop, completing my PRV I in remote viewing. After opening Vibrational Therapiez, I started working the spiritual festivals in Brisbane.
I have worked closely with many spiritual orders: Tao, Spiritualist Church, Pagan Alliance and the Temple of Set, to name a few. You will find on your journey that you will take their essence and continue along your path, building on your truths.
I have been working with true magik for over twelve years and with reiki and seichim for nine years, on top of my extensive background in spiritualism and metaphysics. In conjunction with other light workers, and through Vibrational Therapiez, I seek to guide and support my clients through their personal experiences, giving them a unique teaching which I bring from my own spiritual journey.
I would like to say that I have a rigorous meditation regime, but once a day seems to best suit my lifestyle. I enjoy being out in nature, especially around tall trees, which reminds me to stay firmly grounded, and of course the beach, the sun being a major part of the connection to all that is. Working closely with the archetypes of ancient Egypt, I choose to anchor various types of energies through the grace of magik. Don’t get caught up in concepts of worship, as everything is energy, and the only limitations we have are what we place on ourselves. I hope you have fun with all your endeavours, and don’t take yourself too seriously. Blessed be.
