Lois Sonsie-Beel has spent her life bringing music to many who may not otherwise have had the opportunity to achieve these skills. During her musical training, she took time to complete a Diploma of Theology and spent a few years working with underprivileged young people, as a Mission Sister, at the Melbourne City Mission. Lois, together with other musicians, flew out to rural areas of Queensland, conducting workshops for church organists and choristers in the finer art of Worship Music. Lois has had an eclectic musical career which included working in universities, schools, churches, and theatre. She also ran a theatre company, with an orchestra, to inspire young people to extend their musical ability.
