Warren Tapp is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and was a facilitator of their Company Directors Course for 10 years. He's been a director on 26 boards and the chair of 13. He has also been on advisory boards and many board committees.
He founded his own company to provide consulting advice to boards on corporate governance and other processes and has been a keynote speaker at conferences in Australia and overseas on this topic. He has also published So You Want to Be a Company Director, which is available on his website store at www.tappadvisory.com.au, alongside a selection of videos and other resources on boards, governance and general business.
His qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Law. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and has completed the Advanced Company Directors course. Warren is currently completing a doctoral thesis in law on the topic of governance.
Warren lives on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
