Action
General
Will Harrison, grader driver and bushman, is a compassionate man.
Upon finding a group of newly arrived boat people — two women,
a sick child and a wounded man — he is moved to help them with food, water
and shelter. A budding romance with one of the women leads to a host of complicated
problems.
A fatal crocodile attack, death by snake bite, attempted rape and other violence,
the birth of his daughter in the bush and harassment by police and others all
become part of Will’s life. “Will’s Boat People” is the
story of how he meets those challenges.
